A collection of letters and documents pertaining to the American Revolution, or to personages who figured in it. Among the persons represented in the collection are John Adams, Edmund Burke, Aaron Burr, Lord Cornwallis, Benjamin Franklin, Nathanael Greene, John Hancock, Patrick Henry, John Jay, Thomas Jefferson, John Paul Jones, Marquis de Lafayette, Henry Brockholst Livingston, Robert Morris, William Pitt, Benjamin Rush, Baron von Steuben, and George Washington. The largest group of manuscripts in the collection is the sixteen letters of Henry Laurens, the South Carolina planter, and his son, John Laurens, among which is a "manumission letter" written by Henry Laurens to his son on 14 August 1776, shortly after the signing of the Declaration of Independence. A collection of ephemera relating to Dr. Phillips' school years at the College of Physicians and Surgeons. Included are commencement invitations, class schedules, examinations, receipts, his inaugural thesis (1882), and four items of correspondence.

Professional papers of Roger Bagnall, papyrologist and Columbia University Professor Emeritus of History. The collection includes lectures and other records from Bagnall's teaching work, professional correspondence, records related to conferences and professional organizations in which Bagnall participated, and records of Bagnall's service to and participation in the Columbia University community. There are also research materials, published and unpublished works, and other records of Bagnall's participation in scholarly projects.

A large collection of portraits of librarians, consisting mainly of photographs, newspaper clippings, and magazine articles.

The collection is principally of New Hampshire documents, dated 1745-1760 and numbering 240 items, of which all but one are deeds. The remainder of the material consists of twelve South Carolina items for dates from 1709 to 1836, being grants, deeds, bonds, and other legal and business papers; and two North Carolina documents - a will of 1779 and a land grant of 1787.

22 gouache, acrylic, and ink drawings on 12"xl6" sheets of Arches watercolor paper. Drawings were originally used in the animation "A Message from the Future with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez". Originally presented by Naomi Klein and The Intercept, the short film is illustrated by Molly Crabapple, produced by Sharp As Knives, and was released April 17th 2019 in promotion of the Green New Deal. The set also includes a printout of the storyboard, and 4 additional rough sketches.

Correspondence, biographical materials, manuscripts, and published materials.

Collection of letters and ephemera relating to the Judaica book trade, most from 1926-1955. The collection includes correspondence from all over the world, including Vienna, Lisbon, Italy, the United States, and Palestine/Israel. It is notable as a rare glimpse into the world of pre-Holocaust collecting, as well as the early history of Jewish settlement in Palestine. Notable bookdealers and collectors include Biegeleisen (New York), David Frankel (Vienna and New York), Yochanan and Abraham Rubenstein (Haifa), Efraim Keizer (Pressburg) Yehuda Idil Bialistotsky (Slonim), Rubin Mass (Jerusalem), etc. The majority of the collection is in Hebrew, but other languages include English, German, and French.
