This series contains the records of the Presidential Commission: from the original charge to the final "Marcus Report" published in December 1979. The records include background materials, meeting minutes, and correspondence. There are also all the records related to the production of the report (outlines, drafts, and revisions) as well as the distribution and reactions to the report.
