Biographical sketch
Semenov, an officer in the Russian Imperial Guards, in 1920-1928 was president of the Russian Committee (Rossiĭskiĭ Komitet) in Warsaw. He was in that city, staying in the hotel "Bristol" in the fall of 1939.
