The collection consists primarily of Underwood's pen-and-ink designs for these articles, with manuscript captions and notes to the printer; and illustrations for children's stories which appeared in THE SUN, ca. 1905-1910, together with typescripts, proofs, and printed copies of the stories, several of which are by Underwood. The collection also includes correspondence relating to a projected series of costume designs for THE LADIES' HOME JOURNAL, a manuscript of a work on geography, and scrapbooks and clippings relating to these projects.

This collection is photograph archive of the works of architectural photographer George Cserna. Images include interior and exterior shots of prominent New York buildings primarily during the 1960s. The collection has been arranged alphabetically by the client or architect of the building. Some of George Cserna's most notable work in this collection includes photographs of Ulrich Franzen's Agronomy Building, Emerson Hall, and Goddard Library at Cornell University; Haines, Lundberg, and Waehler's U.S. Trust Building and Schering-Plough Headquarters; Victor Lundy's I. Miller Store and IBM Headquarters; and I. M. Pei's John Hancock Tower, Mount Royal Bank and Ville Marie Complex, and MIT Chemistry Building. The collection also contains photographs of exhibitions and openings at the Museum of Modern Art in the 1960s and 1970s, such as The Responsive Eye and Toward a Rational Automobile. Finally, the collection has photographic portraits of notable persons including John dos Passos, W.H. Auden, and William Faulkner.

The dead columns of Marvin Kitman, mostly from Newsday. The file folders contain clippings, notes, background research, correspondence, publicity materials, photographs, etc. for the columns. Kitman writes about a variety of topics as he criticizes practically every television program and genre from the 1960s through 2003. There are also a few files of letters, as well as his various "polls".

This collection contains materials either written or collected by Samuel Eilenberg, including original mathematics notes, books and article drafts and revisions, correspondence with fellow mathematicians, friends, art museums and collectors, photographs, and family, personal and legal documents spanning 1902 to 1996.

Correspondence, manuscripts, reports, slides, records, film and card files, and scrapbooks. The papers reflect Lindsay's various activities and are arranged in two sequences, an alphabetical name file and an alphabetical subject file. Since many of the subjects are closely related, the division between them is not always very sharp. Among the subjects covered are: social legislation, I.L.O., National Child Labor Committee, prohibition, labor, Republican National Committee, Institute for Social Research, League of Nations, humane legislation, housing, Harmon Foundation, Educational Radio Corporation, and the Bergh Foundation.
