This collection consists of the by-laws, correspondence and meeting minutes of the Alumni Association of the School of Architecture.

The Alumni Class Records contains materials pertaining to the alumni from the Classes of 1842 to 1963, from Columbia College and the School of Mines, later the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Content includes programs, menus, invitations, clippings, correspondence, and printed matter related to activities from college days to the many reunion events in the subsequent years.

This collections contains the records of the American Council on Education (ACE) received by the Office of the President. For earlier ACE records (1940-1969), consult Central Files (UA#0001).

This collection consists of the materials submitted to or collected by the Deans of the Graduate Faculties in preparation for the Annual Report. Materials include newpaper articles, reports for department heads, new faculty announcements, correspondence, and facts and figures for publication. There are also copies of the published Annual Reports.

This collection consists of a mostly complete run (C-Z) of Arthur E. Carlisle's personal subject and correspondence files, arranged in alphabetical order. Topics include housing issues, nuclear reactor on campus, area playgrounds, parking lots, College of Pharmacy site, political announcements, etc.

This collection consists of the ticket request correspondence for the inaugural, four-part lecture series "The Prospect of Western Civilization" delivered by Arnold Joseph Toynbee, Director of Studies in the Royal Institute of International Affairs, in April 1948.
