Folder 1, Graham Greene Letters to Mercia Ryhiner Schwob Tinker Harrison, contains the personal letters from Greene to Harrison spanning almost 70 years (1933-1990). The letters describe their personal relationship as well as Greene's literary pursuits and his thoughts on various dramatizations of his written works. A memorandum of an agreement concerning the dramatization of Greene's A Man Within (1929) is also located in this folder.

Folder 2 contains 10 personal letters to Mercia Ryhiner Schwob Tinker Harrison from various other persons, from 1953-1990, including medical researcher Albert Sabin, American cartoonist Hank Ketcham, and others.

Folder 3 contains postcards from Graham Greene to Harrison from the 1950's-1969. The postcards came to Harrison from many places around the world, including Italy, Spain, Singapore, Capri, and London.
