The aim of the New York Technical Services Librarians (NYTSL) has been to keep abreast of developments in the fields of cataloging and classification and to work with the American Library Association's Resources and Technical Services Division. Some of the prominent American librarians to serve as president of this group include Margaret Mann, Wyllis E. Wright, Minnie Earl Sears, F. Bernice Field, and Charles W. Mixer. |
