Correspondence, 信函. Materials include Yuan Shikai's 1913 proclamation offering a reward for Huang Fu, dead or alive, as well as letters and telegrams between Huang Fu and Duan Qirui (段祺瑞), Feng Yuxiang, Zhang Bingling, Tang Youren, Jiang Zuobin (蔣作賓), Tan Yankai (譚延闓), Yang Yongtai, He Yingqin, Wang Jingwei, and other notable people. The majority of the materials are secret communications between Chiang Kai-shek and Huang Fu, who was his negotiator with Japan from 1927 to 1935.

More than 1000 messages exchanged between Huang Fu and important figures (grouped by correspondent) and dating from 1933 to 1935 when Huang Fu was the chairman of the Beiping Political Council, while the northern part of China was under severe Japanese pressure.
