1904
The ink on matted trace drawing is a rendering of the front elevation as originally constructed circa 1904 in its topographical setting. It is signed and dated by the architect in the lower left corner: "H. Bacon Del. May 1904." The second drawing is graphite and ink enriched by gouache and is a rendering of the rear elevation in a naturalistic lanscape. It includes the original pergola as origially conceived by the architect. A figure has been depicted on the porch for the purpose of scale. The drawing is signed in the lower right"H. Bacon Del. 1904."
