The Marlboro Press Records contain the administrative, financial, and working files of the Marlboro Press, a small publisher of European works in translation between 1982 and the mid 1990s, when it merged with Northwestern University Press.

The Sawyer Lovett Zine Ephemera Collection contains original zine flats, phocopied stacks of Lovett's zines, hand-drawn posters, poetry edits, Bunny Ears Distro cards, and misc. postcards. Lovett's work thematically explores mental health, queerness, feminism, transmasculinity, and fandom culture.

The Tara Emelye Needham and Sasha Cagen Cupsize Zinester Ephemera Collection includes drafts and copies of various issues of the 1990s riot grrrl zine Cupsize, correspondence with other zinesters, fanmail, zine distros materials, promotional materials, flyers, and zines created by other zinesters. The collection highlights a culture of exchange between zinesters sharing resources as well as each others' zines in the 1990s.

Orientation booklets were given out to new Barnard students at the beginning of each academic year. Booklets from 1949-1967 include first-year class directories, along with illustrated and often lighthearted guides to Barnard, Columbia, and surrounding neighborhoods. Booklets from 1971 onward include schedules of Orientation Week events. Many orientation booklets contain specific themes.

Charles H. Warner Jr. was a New York-based architect active from the 1940s through the 1990s. Warner designed many buildings on college campuses in the United States and abroad. Additionally, Warner built many hotels, working extensively with Hilton Hotels to build new establishments all over the world. His work in foreign countries underscores his core architectural principle of designing "in context," or incorporating local culture and tradition into his buildings. Some of his more well-known hotel projects include the Ramses Hilton in Cairo and the Caribe Hilton in San Juan.

Records of the University Senate, a governing body established by Columbia in 1969, consisting primarily of minutes, correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and resolutions concerning various campus and academic issues. The records date primarily from 1969 to 2004 and are organized by committee or subcommittee and then arranged chronologically.

The collection includes the project files and architectural drawings of the Taliesin Associated Architects, the firm that was established after the death of Frank Lloyd Wright in 1959. Projects include commissions that were left on Wright's desk at the time of his death as well as independent commissions and renovation work. Over 1,000 architectural projects are represented either in the paper records, the architectural drawings, or both.
