The Rare Book & Manuscript Library is Columbia University’s principal repository for special collections. Fingerman, Bob, 1964-

Written drafts, process drawings, and proofs for some of his longer-form works, including the comic he's best known for, Minimum wage, as well as original comic strip art from his own collection. These papers are part of a larger project to collect representative materials from the New York City comics scene.

Edwina, 1893-1990
Edwina Dumm (1893-1990) was one of the earliest syndicated women cartoonists, known for her dog and animal centric strips and her delicate line. She was the author of Cap Stubbs and Tippie (1918-1966), Alec the Great (1931-1969), and the illustrator of numerous books about dogs.

The Giacomo Patri Archive contains a bound manuscript of Patri's "White Collar", books from the Patri School of Art, notes on Patri, and several books on art, wordless books, and other topics. Cruse, Howard
Personal and professional papers of comics artist Howard Cruse (1944-2019). Cruse was author of the graphic novel Stuck Rubber Baby (1995), the comic strips Wendel (1983-1989) and Barefootz (1971-1979), and founding editor of the anthology Gay Comix (1980-1991).
