This series consists primarily of press clippings (of reviews, interviews, feature stories, and profiles) and souvenir programs (playbills, season brochures, etc.) relating to productions that used Heeley's designs. The full geographic, chronological, and aesthetic breadth of Heeley's design work is covered in this series, with programs and clippings relating to opera, theater, and ballet productions in several national and international venues. This series also includes some press clippings about Heeley's non-theatrical activities (other design work, art exhibitions featuring his designs, etc.) and a number of profiles of Heeley.

Series III includes materials related to Jaffee's appearances in public events and in the press. Clippings of interviews with Jaffee and reviews of his work are included. Some material related to Jaffee's 2006 retrospective exhibition, "Is This the Al Jaffee Art Exhibit?" at the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art is also included. In addition, there are programs and other ephemera from panels, fan conventions (cons) at which Jaffee appeared, and comic arts industry award ceremonies circa 2000s-2010s. Publishing and commission contracts and related correspondence are also included, as is a small amount of documentation related to the sale or donation of original artwork by Al Jaffee.

Series comprises documents from three repertories: Four Seas Players 四海劇社, Yangtze Repertory Theatre of America 美國長江劇團, and Hong Kong Repertory Theatre 香港話劇團, dating from 1970 to 2016. Joanna Chan was one of the founders and the Artistic Director at Four Seas Players from 1970 to 1977 and from 1983 to 1992. She also founded the Yangtze Repertory Theatre of America in 1992 in New York City and led for 24 years until around 2016. In addition, she was the Guest Director of Production at the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre in 1985, and the Artistic Director from 1986 to 1990. The materials include administrative and financial records such as meeting minutes and agenda, reports, correspondence, memoranda, programs, programming arrangement materials from the three repertories.
