Wiles, James Monroe Hewlett, Harry Wilson Watrous, Edward R. Simmons, Maxfield and Stephen Parrish, Augustus Saint-Gaudens, Louis Saint-Gaudens, John C. Van Dyke, Wendell P. Garrison, Richard Watson Gilder, Robert Underwood Johnson, the architectural firm of McKim, Mead & White, Stanford White, Charles F. McKim, Cass Gilbert, Charles Adams Platt, and others. Of note are 136 from Cox to lawyer and author Leonard E. Opdyke. Correspondence, circa 1870-1922, with family members, particularly his father, Jacob Dolson Cox (a Union officer), his mother, Louise Howland King Cox (a painter), and his brother Jacob Dolson Cox, Jr. (a Cleveland industrialist and founder of the Cleveland Twist Drill Company). Correspondence of various other family members either among themselves, beginning circa 1860, or with Kenyon Cox is included. Also, manuscripts of Cox's essays, addresses, articles, and other writings on art, circa1870-1919; poetry; and juvenilia.

The American architectural firm Greene & Greene was a partnership between the brothers Charles Sumner Greene (1868-1957) and Henry Mather Greene (1870-1954). The firm, established in 1894, was officially dissolved in 1922, after which the two practiced independently. They were active in Southern California and were part of the American Arts and Crafts Movement. During the years 1907-1909 the Greenes created some of their most renowned residences, including the Blacker, Gamble, Pratt, and Thorsen houses. They also designed interiors, creating furniture, lighting, carpets, and stained glass for their clients. Greene & Greene architectural drawings and records spans the years circa 1896 to circa 1963. The collection chiefly consists of architectural drawings (approximately 4,800) and also includes photographs, personal papers, and other manuscript material. Access to digital images of all the architectural drawings and to selected photographs are provided in the finding aid.

Alan Burnham (1913–1984) was an American architect and architectural historian who served as the Executive Director of the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission from 1965 to 1973 as well as the Commission's Director of Research. This collection consists mainly of reference materials related to architectural history and New York City architectural history, as well as professional papers and papers relating to Richard Morris Hunt and the history of New York City apartment buildings.

This collection is composed primarily of the projects (built or unbuilt) that Taliesin Associated Architects (TAA) conducted in Iran in collaboration with Nezam Amery and his office NAKK spanning from 1965 to 1979. The collection includes final and working project drawings, correspondences, contracts, estimates, calculation, photographs, and additional papers. It also includes records of litigation after 1979 in the United States Courts. While the time of the projects overlaps, the series are arranged chronologically based on the dates each contract was signed.
