Most of the correspondence is with students, faculty members, and lawyers throughout the country and deals with recommendations for positions, lectureships and appointments, alumni affairs, student affairs, the COLUMBIA LAW REVIEW, the New York State Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the Association of American Law Schools. Also, reports of school activities and notes and typescripts of Stone's lectures, as well as photographs.
