Legal contracts between the Owners, Managers, Architects and Builders regarding various aspects of the construction work on Theatre #10 of the Metropolitan Square Development project. The contracts detail what was specifically to be done by the construction crews and what was and was not included in each part of the specified construction process.
Specification documents regarding the construction of various elements of Theatre #10 of the Metropolitan Square Development – later called Rockefeller Center Development. All documents date between April, 1931 and October, 1932. Specifications were for such varied elements as metal windows and radiator enclosures, limestone, elevator fronts, marble work. Painting, roof gardens, cork tile work, and caulking.
