This collection includes original and reprographic architectural drawings, photographs, office files, and professional papers related to the work of New York architect Frederick G. Frost, his son Frederick G., Jr., and his grandson, A. Corwin Frost. Examples of the work of Trowbridge & Livingston are also included.

Musical scores, correspondence, sheet music, audio tapes of interviews with jazz musicians, and other materials from Tucker, jazz pianist and scholar.

This collection documents the life and career of African-American social worker and educator William Neal Brown. Personal material includes his military records, family photos, material from his undergraduate years at the Hampton Institute, and various tributes from later in his life. The professional material is primarily typescripts of speeches and papers that Brown presented in the late 1960s and early 1970s to various academic and community groups. The audiovisual material includes audio of his debate with Malcolm X, titled "Integration or Separation," that took place on Ovember 3, 1961, at Rutgers University.

The collection includes 21 posters relating to book arts, and a number of historical rare book dealer and auction catalogs and booklets related to rare book librarianship. It also includes several groups of printed materials, documents, art and memorabilia related to literature, performing arts, and the New York World's Fairs of 1939-40 and 1964-65.
