DescriptionScope and contentThe Gale A. Yee papers contain draft manuscripts of her book Poor Banished Children of Eve : Women as Evil in the Hebrew Bible and comments from readers, drafts of other professional writings (published and unpublished), her lecture notes for Old Testament classes, her student papers and exams from Loyola University and the University of St. Michael's College (in Toronto), drafts of her doctoral thesis, large numbers of articles and papers relating to travel to Rome and Jerusalem. The bulk of the material in this collection spans Yee's university education in the early 1970s and her writings from the 1960s to 2014.
