Summary
This collection consists of memos collected by George Berkwitt during his tenure as chief editor of Industrial Distribution Magazine. The memos address marketing, editorial, advertisting, and other topics relevant to the leadership of the trade magazine.
For over 100 years, Industrial Distribution Magazine was a leading source for thousands of distribution sales and management professionals. A diverse audience of distributors, wholesalers, and resellers of industrial MRO products sought this bi-monthly print magazine for the latest news, merger and acquisition data, distributor profiles, and business management tips.

Member Society for Advancement Management (past president New York City chapter, Distinguished Service award New York City chapter 1971-1973, Achievement award), International Material Management Society (past president New York City chapter).
