Series X: Published Books

This series depicts Freund's academic interests in both German history and American philanthropy. It is comprised of the research, drafts, bound copies and correspondence relating to Freund's three published books.

This subseries contains files pertaining to both the writing and research of Narcissism and Philanthropy: Ideas and Talent Denied. It contains drafts, notes, and proposals, as well as correspondence and notes from the book's editor, Emily Mandelstam. The series also contains the research Freund used for his book, including articles on giftedness, talent, and creativity. The subseries is arranged chronologically.
