Files concerning the annual board meeting include notes, agendas, attendance lists, and financial reports for each year, as well as correspondence--usually in the form of printed email--about topics discussed at the meetings. Annual reports, available from 1976 to 2004, provide detailed summaries of the human rights violations CCS members addressed each year and the outcome of their efforts.

This subseries contains executive board files, which are made up primarily of correspondence between board members and other human rights groups, CCS members, and scientists. They discuss wide variety of topics, including current human rights issues and event planning. The subseries also holds memos that the board distributed to members, such as summaries of meetings, announcements of upcoming activities, and information about CCS decisions and official positions on issues.

Fundraising files hold solicitation letters, contribution lists, reports, and correspondence about fundraising methods. These materials are sometimes divided into two groups: Board Fundraisers (fundraising drives aimed at the CCS board) and General Fundraisers (those intended for the general public).
