American author, editor. Warner is perhaps best known for his essays and humorous sketches. He edited the AMERICAN MEN OF LETTERS SERIES and A LIBRARY OF THE WORLD'S BEST LITERATURE, and is author of BACKLOG STUDIES, BEING A BOY, and MY SUMMER IN A GARDEN.
