Summary

Correspondence and manuscripts including the typescripts and drafts of BITTER FORFEIT, THE DEEPENING YEAR, ISLAND NOON, RUNNER OF THE MOUNTAIN TOP, SKIPPER RILEY, and STRONG WINGS. The correspondence relates mainly to the publication of her novels and short stories. Also, lecture notes, clippings and reprints, photographs, business papers, and memorabilia.
