(Six items including minutes of the meetings of the librarian who in 1953 brought the MCILA into existence, a proposed constitution for the organization that was presented and revised at the first membership meeting, minutes of the September 25, 1953 meeting of the Projects Committee, and a speech on library cooperation made by Joseph N. Whitten, the MCILA's first President, at a meeting of the Library Steering and Advisory Committee of the Council of Higher Educational Institutions in New York City)

(Twenty-three items from October, 1958 to May 20, 1965. The first issue contains a short account of the formation of the MCILA, the second; its constitution and byelaws. Subsequent issues contain minutes of membership meetings, usually three a year, and occasional questionaires)
