These files cover the period of his associate directorship of the International Research Projects, especially his work on the Public International Development Financing Project at Columbia University, and his work as an economic consultant for many companies and organizations.

Economist, author. Kalmanoff was the Associate Director of International Research Projects at the Columbia University Law School in the field of Latin American and third world economic studies, 1959-1965. Kalmanoff was later the Deputy Director of the Industrial Projects Department at the World Bank.
