Letters, notes, and writings of Corning. The collection contains little correspondence, but there is a large subject file of notes, articles, and clippings pertaining to Medicare, Social Security, and aging.

Corning was employed by the Oral History Office at Columbia University to conduct all interviews for the Social Security Project.
