Correspondence, documents and manuscript of Father Dmytro Myhockyj. There are letters from the Vatican, the Pontificio Seminario di S. Giosafat and the Ukrainian Catholic Diocese of Stamford, Conn. concerning Myhockyj's career as a priest, the Church's missionary activities and mass in the vernacular. Other letters are from relatives in the Ukraine and describe their daily life in the 1960s. There is a document written in German and dated 1907 from the Western Ukrainian town of Brzezany, which excuses Myhocky from military service on account of his religious obligations. A bound manuscript contains Mihockyj's notes to be used in Sunday church services.
