Scope and content:

Records include correspondence, manuscripts, memoranda, documents and printed materials. The correspondence is mainly about the operation and projects of COCOSEERS. The manuscripts include a number of research reports on projects conducted by COCOSEERS. There are memoranda concerning the operation of COCOSEERS. The documents consist chiefly of financial records: bank statements, vouchers and receipts. The printed material includes bulletins and published reports on Slavic Library resources, as well as catalogs of publishers.

Biographical / historical:

A national committee of research library directors, subject specialist librarians, and Slavic scholars, which had as its goal the development of Slavic library resources in the United States.
