One of the manuscripts by Nikolaev is entitled"Ukrainsko-polśkie otnoshenii︠a︡ vo vremi︠a︡ sovet︠s︡ko-polśkoĭ voĭny 1920-1921 gg." Nikolaev's memoirs largely concern his activities as legal consultant to the Orthodox Church in Poland. Printed materials deal mostly with the Obʺedinenie.

History / Biographical Note
Acted as legal consultant for the Russian Orthodox Church in Poland until 1933. Later in the United States he became president of the Obʺedinenie Russkikh I︠U︡ristov Byvshikh D.P. v Amerike (Union of Russian Jurists (Former Displaced Persons) in America).
