DescriptionScope and ContentCorrespondence, subject files, and printed materials of Ili︠́a︡ Markov, who emigrated to France after the Civil War. The correspondence includes letters for Alekseĭ Remizov, and there is a photograph of Aleksandr Kuprin. Subject files concern the Civil War (including the attempts of a Captain Muravév to form "revolutionary shock battalions" in 1917); Leonid Menshchikov, at one time an agent of the Imperial secret police; and Russian refugees in Serbia, in 1920.
