Artur Georgievich Bitenbinder (1886-1972), Russian military officer, Colonel, veteran of World War I, participant of the White movement, Chief of Staff of the Markov Division, author of articles on military history. Emigrated, settled in the USA. In 1960s-1970s published numerous articles in "Novoe russkoe slovo." Died in Pittsburgh.
