The subject files deal with the Vserossiĭskiĭ Soi︠u︡z Gorodov (All-Russian Union of Cities) and the northern front during the Civil War, emigre organizational life, and other topics. Printed materials include clippings, newspapers, offprints, and programs relating to the Civil War, emigre cultural life in Europe during World War II, and the USSR after World War II.
