DescriptionContent DescriptionThe Marvel Quarterly and Annual Reports were a collaboration between corporate and creative after Marvel Comics' IPO in 1991. These reports were presented in the form of comic books, written by Gary Fishman, of the investor and PR company, Hudson Stone Group, with art by well-known Marvel pencilers and inkers, such as John Romita Jr. Jimmy Palmiotti, and George Roussos. The collection also includes the IPO documents, contemporary press coverage, awards, and a recent article documenting the reports' history.
