DC Comics comic book scripts from Paul Levitz. These scripts shed a light on the collaborative process in mainstream comics, allowing researchers to determine what contributions in the finished comic come from the writer and which from the artists.
Series II: Fanzines, 1960s and 1970s
A collection of fanzines from the 1960s and 1970s, including seminal titles; a small collection of comics scripts used for learning story structure; and the script for the second story Levitz got published. Mostly mimeographed and typescripts.
Arranged in two series.

Paul Levitz is a comics editor, writer, and served as DC Comics President & Publisher from 2001-2009. He received the Inkpot, Clampett Humanitarian and ComicsPro Industry Appreciation Awards, and serves on the board of the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund.
Levitz is primarily known for his work for DC Comics, where he has written the Justice Society, Superman in both comics and the newspaper strip, and The Legion of Super-Heroes. Levitz has written over 300 stories with sales of over 25 million copies. His work has been translated into over 20 languages.
