Several hundred pieces of paper ephemera from assorted events leading up to and related to May 1968, including: flyers for film screenings, dance performances, soirees, and lectures; notices of meetings or demonstrations by various groups including Jeunesse Communiste Revolutionnaire, Le Cercle de Culture Arabe, Comité Central du Parti Communiste Français, Mouvement Federaliste Europeen, Le Comité Solidarité Viet-Nam d'Aix, Union des Etudiants Communistes de France, La Jeunesse Avec le Vietnam, Le MRAP (Mouvement Contre le Racisme, l'Antisémitisme et pour la Paix), les Jeunesses Socialistes S.F.I.O., and others; newsletters and journals; informational packets put out by various groups; bulletins; and other ephemera.

28 original black and white photographic prints related to the May 1968 riots in Paris, including police in riot gear, barricades, burning cars, bloodied and beaten protestors, tear gas, and several more peaceful demonstrations featuring intellectuals including New Wave filmmakers François Truffaut and Claude Chabrol.

Comix satire on Donald Duck, about the student counterculture of the 1960s, drugs, sexual liberation, and revolution. Created as an addendum to the exhibition "Comic Strips" at the Academy of Art, Berlin.


Box 1 Folder 5 Manifesto "Diagnose zum Bauen in West-Berlin", 1968

Unpaginated volume from the Aktion 507 Berlin architecture group to accompany an exhibition held in September 1968 which criticized contemporary construction in West Berlin, containing a manifesto from the group, assorted texts, and illlustrations from the exhibition.
