This collection includes original and reprographic architectural drawings for projects in New York City and the surrounding region undertaken by the firm Françoise Bollack Architects. Principle projects represented include the Lesbian & Gay Community Services Center in Manhatan; renovations and alterations to the New York State Capitol building in Albany, New York. Also included are related project files and digital images.
The Project Record series contains mostly architectural drawings and sketches for restoration projects undertaken by the firm Françoise Bollack Architects. There are some paper records such as brochures and reports. The series is arranged alphabetically by project name. The majority of the material in this series was donated in 2008 (2008.016) by Françoise Bollack unless otherwise noted in the file description.
Series II: Competitions, 1968-2000 (Bollack & Killian)
This series consists of drawings and some photographs for design competitions entries by Françoise Bollack and Tom Killian. Many of the drawings were published in the 2016 book Competitions, 1968-2000 / Françoise Astorg Bollack Tom Killian. This group of materials was donated in 2017 by Françoise Bollack and Tom Killian.
This series consists of project drawings and photographs in digital format. Projects are arrange alpabetically and overlap with many of the projects in Series I: Project Records. The digital records were donated in 2008 by Françoise Bollack.
