This collection includes photographs taken by Robert Bien of historic and architecturally significant churches and railroads in New York City, New York State, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pensylvania, Québec, Rhode Island, Texas, and Toronto between 1982 and 2002.
Photographs of churches are arranged in rough chronological order in four volumes; additional loose church photographs are in a single cardfile box, arranged chronologically. Railroad photographs are arranged chronologically in one volume.
