<p>Masters (1903-1972) was also Mrs. Hyman G. Rickover. She was a research assistant to Prof. Joseph Chamberlain and Prof. Philip Jessup, and later a staff member of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace: Division of International Law. (Columbia University M.A., 1929; Ph.D., 1932).</p>  </bioghist>
