    <head>Biographical / Historical</head>
<p>Journalist, author on foreign affairs. Kuhn was a foreign correspondent for the NEW YORK TIMES, 1925-1940, with the Office of War Information, 1941-1945, diplomatic correspondent for THE WASHINGTON POST, 1946-1953, and a freelance reporter, 1953-1978. In much of his writing he collaborated with his wife, Delia Wolf Kuhn.</p>  </bioghist>
