    <head>Summary</head>
<p>Materials prepared by the Count Paul Teleki Research Institute in Budapest for the Hungarian Delegation to the 1946 Paris Peace Conference. "The Hungarian Nation's Proposals and Basic Principles in Regard to the Peace Treaty" are contained in two bound volumes, augmented by numerous annexes and supplements and concern Hungarian claims to disputed territory and populations after World War II. A large portion of the text examines the problem of Transylvania and its mixture of nationalities. There is also a bound "Atlas of Central Europe" contructed by Prof. Andrew Rónai which contains numerous maps of population distribution.</p>  </scopecontent>
