<p>Correspondence, manuscripts, subject files, and printed materials of Bek and her husband. Correspondence includes two letters by Anton Denikin and one by Aleksandr Kutepov. Among the manuscripts are the memoirs of Nadezhda Bek, covering the period up to the 1917 revolution. Vladimir Bek's manuscripts from the Civil War include political reports on the situation in south Russia in October 1919-February 1920, and a number of essays on Civil War topics (such as the White propanganda agency Osvag, and the problems of the White Army officer corps). Other materials concern the Kuban region in the Civil War. Printed materials include copies of a book of poetry published by Bek, "O russkai︠a︡ zemli︠a︡" (1944).</p> </scopecontent>
