    <head>Collection Scope and Content Summary</head>
<p>This collection contains <emph render="italic">The Plimpton Cookbook</emph>, a book of recipes contributed by the residents of Plimpton Hall.  Recipes encompass a broad range of dishes including cocktail meatballs, blintzes, veal parmigiana, and "Mom's cheesecake."  Included in the collection is a detached page outlining errata found in the cookbook.</p>  </scopecontent>
