Collection Scope and Content Summary
This collection contains The Plimpton Cookbook, a book of recipes contributed by the residents of Plimpton Hall. Recipes encompass a broad range of dishes including cocktail meatballs, blintzes, veal parmigiana, and "Mom's cheesecake." Included in the collection is a detached page outlining errata found in the cookbook.
