Digital reports, policies, surveys, budgets, and images
Permission to publish material from the collection must be requested from the Barnard College Archives and Special Collections. The Barnard College Archives and Special Collections approves permission to publish that which it physically owns; the responsibility to secure copyright permission rests with the patron.

Trasferred from the Barnard College Barnard Store in March 2024.
A Barnard archivist selected relevant images and files from the transferred disks. As part of the processing of the disks, the archivist sorted through the accession and moved an audio of Barnard student's singing to BC46 Audio Collection. Additionally, the archivist removed duplicate fliers.
This collection is arranged by record genre for both the paper materials and the files transferred off the disks.
Some high-level physical rearrangement happened to allow the digital materials to be easily integrated into a single system of arrangement. The digital materials, at the highest directory level, were placed into a new folder with a new file name.

The computer disks (CDs) were recieved as a single group and its contents were transferred into Barnard Archives' in March 2024. Olivia Newsome imaged the disks, described, arranged, and moved them to Barnard Archives local digital storage in March 2024. Through this processing, she arranged the files into a filing schema for better access.
This collection contains product images relating to merchandise sold in the Barnard Store from 2010-2011; an inventory review from 2011; reports, budgets, surveys, policies, and staffing guides from 2000-2003; images of The Barnard Student Store administrative staff posing in their office from 2001; postcard designs from 2010; fliers and annoucements circa. 1990s-2000s.
