The working drawings were produced by Marshall Erdman & Associates and are primarily technical drawings.

Working files for the book SPECIAL ENVOY TO CHURCHILL AND STALIN, 1914-1946 by William Averell Harriman and Elie Abel, containing typescript drafts with handwritten corrections of Harriman's recollections; typescript notes; photocopies of American, British, and Soviet (in translation) diplomatic correspondence, memoranda, and reports; speeches and other writings by Harriman; and related background materials. The period covered is 1941-1946 and 1951-1954. Among the photocopies are letters from Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman, Edward Stettinius, Harry Hopkins, Dean Acheson, Charles Bohlen, Joseph Stalin, Vyacheslav Molotov, Andrei Vyshinsky, Winston Churchill, and Anthony Eden. Also, five letters from Harriman to Abel written in 1973-1974, concerning the details of writing this book (these are the only letters cataloged in this collection).

Bill Gallo (1922-2011) was the sports cartoonist at the (NY) Daily News for over fifty years, in a newspaper career lasting 70 years. He collected numerous honors, including the Milton Caniff Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Cartoonists Society, the New York Newspaper Guild's Page One Journalism Award (twenty times), and the National Cartoonists Society's Sports Cartoon Award (ten times). He was inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame for both his cartooning, and his sports writing.

William B. Osgood Field Estate records : [High Lawn Estate], 1908-1929

This collection of drawings, photographs and papers documents the architectural history of the William B. Osgood Field family in Lenox, Massachusetts, and New York City from the period 1908 through the 1920s. The bulk of the collection focuses on High Lawn, the private house and working farm located in Lee, MA. Several architects were commissioned to design buildings at High Lawn, including Delano & Aldrich, Alfred Hopkins, and John C. Greenleaf. The collection contains more than 450 drawings, 334 photographs (mostly construction photos of High Lawn Farm), specifications, general project files, and project correspondence between 1908-1914. In addition to the farm in Lee, MA, the collection also contains drawings for several buildings in New York City. There are alteration drawings by Stuart & Stuart (1903) and Hunt and Hunt (1911) for the Field's family home at 645 Fifth Avenue in New York. There are also drawings for a commercial building by John C. Greenleaf for 8 and 10 West 37th Street.

William Carey letter, 1800-12-09

William Carey was an English Baptist missionary in England, known as the "father of modern missions," who founded the English Baptist Missionary Society (1792). He translated the Bible into Bengali, and was subsequently appointed Professor of Sanskrit and Bengali at Fort William College in Calcutta. He founded the Agricultural and Horticultural Society of India (1820), as well as hundreds of schools and churches. This collection contains one handwritten letter by William Carey, written in December 9, 1800, soon after Carey had relocated from Bengal to Serampore. The letter addresses an individual who Carey calls "My Dear Bro."
