Series V is composed of three picture-postcards sent by Myra Almeda Smith Clark to John Bates Clark and two matted photographs of John Bates Clark's interment service.

Series I consists primarily of correspondence addressed to or composed by George Plimpton. The series includes the correspondence catalogued previously as well as the uncatalogued materials labeled "General Correspondence."

The bulk of the collection is in Series II. This series is composed of incoming letter files, many with name indexes, dating from 1837 to 1879 and 1901. The collection also contains many of the firm's letterpress books dating from between 1833 and 1878. These are composed of letters, accounts, and estimates for printing offices, newspaper offices, job presses, binderies, type foundries, saw mills, lithography shops, and stereotype foundries in the United States, Canada, Latin America, and Europe.

Series I contains material relating to Gabriele's career as a freelance singer from the 1940s through the 1970s. The series covers a range of opera, recital, and concert performances both in the United States and in Europe (with Gabriele's Italian performances particularly well represented). The bulk of this series consists of programs, publicity material, and press clippings relating to these performances, but also includes correspondence, administrative documents, photographs, sheet music, and some recordings. Scores in this series (many of which are annotated) document her collaborations with a number of contemporary American and Italian composers, including Douglas Moore, Jack Beeson, David Amram, and Vincent Persichetti. Notable performances featured in this series include Gabriele's early recital work in West Virginia in the 1940s, her 1958 recital at the New York Town Hall, her performances at Central City Opera and other regional opera houses, and her 1959 performance of La bohème at the Teatro di San Carlo. Notably, this series features a number of rare, unreleased recordings of Gabriele's opera and concert performances (including world premieres) and also recordings of Gabriele's singing lessons with Laszlo Halasz. Note that although Gabriele sang in recitals and operas with the Masterworks Laboratory Theater, these materials are held under Series II, alongside documents relating to her directorial work. And although Gabriele performed frequently at Chez Vito, this facet of her vocal career is housed under Series III.

Series III is composed of larger scale prints, averaging around 8 inches x 10 inches. They are primarily images of Roman palazzi and two churches. Each print is labeled with the building, architect(s), and estimated date of construction.

Series I is composed of negatives, slides, and some small prints (many of which are contact prints of the negatives). The series is organized alphabetically by geographical location, with the exception of Subseries 6: Rome. Bayley spent much time in Rome and these images comprise the bulk of his oeuvre. The negatives and slides were originally housed in albums; some of these arrived rehoused in negative sleeves. The original organization and labeling has been maintained except where sites were unknown. Within Subseries 3: Italy, the files are arranged alphabetically by region or city. The majority of the Austrian images are of Vienna, whereas the French images constitute a larger regional sample.
