Peter Dumont Vroom papers, 1744-1879
1.67 linear feetCorrespondence and papers of Vroom, consisting chiefly of letters received by Vroom from a variety of individuals including J.H. Austin, Andrew Deutcher, Alfred Gale, P.B. Kennedy, James Parker, and John M. Wycoff. These letters deal with business, legal, and political affairs. There are a few personal letters, various legal papers and documents, and memoranda written by Vroom. The early material contains Vroom family letters and documents including letters to Vroom's father, Peter D. Vroom (1745-1831). Also of interest is Vroom's Latin-English vocabulary notebook kept during his junior year at Columbia College, 1807. The notebook contains a list of his classmates. In addition there is his 1808 Columbia College Commencement address.

Seth Low papers, 1870-1930
145 boxesCorrespondence and papers of Low. Both sides of the correspondence are almost intact from 1890 on, with copies of outgoing letters for the two previous decades. There are also four letterpress copybooks, numerous scrapbooks of clippings relating to Low's career and activities, a large number of photographs and other memorabilia, and printed and manuscript copies of many of Low's speeches. Also, contains ten boxes of Annie Low's (Mrs. Seth Low) business and financial correspondence, invitations and regrets, requests for donations, and bills for the period 1914 to 1930.

Letters from Margaret Papandreou describe the arrest of Andreas Papandreou at the time of the coup and his activities in Europe after his release from prison and the activities of his associates and supporters. There are records of American organizations, especially the Pan-Helenic Liberation Movement (PAK), formed to help Papandreou's cause. Also included are many letters from Mogens Camre, then aide to the Prime Minister of Denmark, and later member of the Danish Parliament; correspondence with Eleni Vlachou, publisher and editor of Kathimerini ('The Daily' a principal Athens newspaper) and with several U.S. political figures including Robert F. Kennedy, Eugene McCarthy, John Kenneth Galbraith and James William Fulbright. The audiotapes are of speechesby and interviews of Papandreou, Rousseas, and others.
