The collection consists of manuscripts, drawings and printed materials. The manuscripts include an album of drawings by Mushketov entitled "Istorii︠a︡ drevnego Smolenska" with an accompanying explanatory text, and a biography of Mushketov by N. Mushketova. There is an icon of St. Paul, a copy of a 15th century work from Novgorod apparently by M.A. Korsunskorpis.́ Printed materials consist mostly of clippings about Mushketov and his work.

The collection consists of correspondence, manuscripts, military reports and clippings. The majority of the collection consists of clippings from the emigre newspapers "Poslednie Novosti" and "Illi︠u︡strovannai︠a︡ Rossii︠a︡," and mostly contain Lukin's memoirs about his service in the Black Sea Fleet. The manuscripts are largely comprised of Lukin's memoirs and include a manuscript (20 p.) on the Krondstadt uprising, "Vo vlasti Kronshtadtskikh matrosov." There is also a manuscript (28 p.) by the widow of Admiral Viren entitled "O sobytii︠a︡kh v Kronshtadte."

Collection includes three chapters apparently from the manuscript of a book by Efremov on the causes of the Revolution of 1917 in Russia; memoranda, notes, and clippings on attempts made in the 1920s and 1930s to bring about a rapprochement between the Russian Orthodox, Catholic, and Anglican churches (these materials were prepared for the Carnegie Endowment, apparently in 1935-36); and a 1917 menu from a restaurant in Petrograd.

Collection consists of manuscripts, documents and printed materials. Manuscripts include two memoirs by Dubakina, one on her experiences in the Crimea, the other on a visit of Nicholas II there; and a personal memoir by Evgenii︠a︡ Tuli︠a︡kova-Danilovskai︠a︡, entitled "Pervyĭ god v Germanii." The manuscripts, all of which are by Sobolev, include historical essays, such as "Legenda drevni︠a︡go Novgoroda" and Sobolev's memoirs"Zapiski zhurnalista." Sobolev's memoirs cover his childhood in Novgorod, the 1905 and 1917 Revolutions, World War I (during which Sobolev was active in the Imperial Army) and the Civil War, in which Sobolev participated in White Army campaigns in Onega, Murmansk and Arkhangelśk. Sobolev also discusses a number of newspapers with which he was associated, particularly "Novoe vremi︠a︡" "Russkoe slovo" and "Birzhevye vedomosti." The printed materials consist of a few newspaper clippings.

The records comprise the archives of the Woman Suffrage Association of New York State, 1869-1917, and the Woman Suffrage Party of New york City, 1910-1919. Included are minute volumes of the two organizations as well as other related materials such as constitutions, membership lists, pamphlets, clippings, photographs and other printed materials. There are a few letters, but the collection is chiefly documents of the organizations.

The collection documents the scholarship and writing of John Eugene Unterecker, a poet, biographer of the poet Hart Crane, and professor of English. The majority of the collection is composed of correspondence and manuscripts. Materials date from 1961 to 1987.

The collection consists primarily of Vetlit︠s︡'s manuscripts pertaining to horse breeding and horse-racing in Russia, Yugoslavia, the First and Second World Wars, and the 1917 revolution in Russia. Some of the manuscripts describe Vetlit︠s︡'s childhood and family, and his memoirs are included in the form of a letter. The printed materials consist of clippings of articles by Vetlit︠s︡.

The collection chiefly concerns American claims against Soviet Russia, and the currency of Estonia and other successor states. The collection contains a 1928 document signed by George F. Kennan. The manuscripts include essays and memoranda concerning currency exchange, tax laws and a number of American court cases involving financial affairs immediately after the 1917 revolution. There are subject files relating to diplomatic claims concerning debts, and the Soviet-Estonian peace conference of 1920. Among the printed materials are clippings and various American statutes and laws.
