Eric R. Kandel is a neuroscientist and the recipient of the 2000 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for "discoveries concerning signal transduction in the nervous system." The papers include awards files, clippings, correspondence, grant files, lectures, photographs, publications, reprints, syllabi, videotapes, and dissertations written by Kandel's students.

The Marjory Belisch Hall papers are a small collection of material documenting the life and career of journalist, homesteader, and clinical psychologist Marjory Belisch Hall (1905-1967), who studied gender roles in children during the early 1960s. The bulk of the collection is composed of clippings of newspaper articles written by Hall between 1928 and 1931.

This collection contains the personal and professional papers of Sylvia Ardyn Boone, a scholar of Art History with a focus on African art, and the first African-American woman to receive tenure at Yale University. The collection includes manuscripts, correspondence, course materials and syllabi, research notes, printed materials, photographs, video and sound recordings, and other papers relating to professional projects. Also included are dissertation manuscripts for recipients of the Sylvia Ardyn Boone Memorial Prize at Yale.
