The China Study Group on Environmental Issues was formed in 1975 to study and visit China. The organization consisted of women only and had groups in New York, Boston, Tennessee, California and likely in Washington. The collection contains materials related to the meetings, trip planning, lectures and writings of the China Study Group.

Eleanor Pepper was a pioneer in the field of interior design, running one of the first departments of interior design in an architecture office before opening her own practice in 1950. The collection contains papers related to Eleanor Pepper's professional and academic lives, and includes some personal papers, mostly in the form of resumes and biographical sketches.

M. Katherine Lines was an architect who studied at the New York School of Applied Design for Women in the 1890s. The collection consists of 9 student drawings by Lines from 1895-6.
