She was the lay presenter for the ordination of Sue Hiatt, and a member of the National Advisory Committee of Women's Ordination Now. She was an ordained Assistant at the Church of the Advocate. Caroline Worth Pinkham (1897-1984) was a UTS alumna 1933-1935, the first woman to receive a Ph.D. from Columbia and Union Theological Seminary in the History and Comparative Study of Religion, and a writer whose several years of living in India in the early 1920s and interest in women's status in scripture influenced much of her work. This collection contains a manuscript autobiography that includes correspondence and photographs, and manuscripts of a number of published and unpublished works by Pinkham.

In later years, Dr. Helen Flanders Dunbar became the organization's Medical Director and Henry Pitney Van Dusen became a member of the CCTTS board of governors. The records reflect the development of the concept for CCTTS from Anton Boisen's initial proposal through the project's early activities in lively "Hospital Pictorials" to more formal administrative documents of the incorporated organization and the spread of the program to other hospitals and areas. The collection also contains some typescript writings by Anton Boisen and CCTTS board correspondence from Henry Pitney Van Dusen.
