This series contains one bound volume containing the minutes of the New York Sabbath Committee from April of 1857 through 1878. The volume also contains an index, and a list of donors and their addresses.

This series contains color and black and white lantern slides depicting mission related and general scenes in China circa 1920-1929, including hospitals and hospital personnel, medical schools and labs, landscapes, and city and village life including buildings and people. A number of images were taken or published by T. H. McAllister-Kelly Company, Inc. For detailed descriptions of slides, please consult the legacy spreadsheet by contacting Burke staff.

This series contains the signatures of well-known missionaries, compiled by the Missionary Research Library. Included is the signature of Robert Morrison (1782-1834) on his copy of Du Halde's Description Geographique Historique, and the signature of Timothy Richard in a short letter.

This series contains newspaper articles compiled in 32 scrapbooks by the Missionary Research Library on a variety of topics, including missionary work in China and India and mission ideology. Other material include a bibliography comprised of clippings from The International Review of Missions and arranged by topic (1952-1956), Reverend Frank D. Gamewell's scrapbook compiled during his time as a missionary in China (1911), and a series of annotated drawings and illustrations of Africa.
